Give each articel in one order a new number

Hello, i have a question:

Is it possible, to give numbers to different orders?
So if i have more than one artcle in one order,
can i give them different numbers?

I dont mean the regular order number for one order,
i mean the numbers in this order for each article!
I think, you call it item.

Any  idear?
