Quantity Plugin?

I installed the plugin created new rule with fixed amout discount set max and min values, applied it to specific product but no discount showing on a frontend.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I use vm 2 lastest version.

Would appriciate some help.

Hi,

I played around with calculation rules and so far I got some odd results.
I created a rule http://iprok.com/temp/tax-rule.png
Here is example of the product that we have

If I set product Overwrite price to be taxed and use in rule Price modifier after Tax it seems working but then different problem comes up.
On a product detailed page the base price of the product not showing up.
it only shows override price.
Example:
Product pricing Set
Cost price - 89.5
Base price - 89.5
Final price - 59.5
Override - 59.5

On frontend on product details page it shows
Price with discount: $59.50
Sales price: $59.50
Sales price without tax: $59.50

I can't get the based original price to show up which is 89.5
