Remove Tables and process migration again

I just made the same mistake of doing the migration
before uploading images to migrate from 1.1.9 to 2.0

By failing to manually move images, I ended up with a
successful migration, but no product images.

it recommended a way to recover and reprocess the migration of
old VM data AND images.

" THEN, empty the product, and category tables.

also empty
virtuemart_migration_oldtonew_ids "


When I go to Database Tools. There are several options.

The one that looks like the closest to the suggestion is

[[Remove VirtueMart Tables]]

When I click that, I get following message:
"This will remove all VirtueMart tables leaving VirtueMart unusable.  Are you sure?"

Is this the correct button to accomplish what is suggested? The warning
message doesn't seem like something I want to process.
