Wish to remove ALL Shipping Options & Shipping Address Option

Joomla 2.5.6 + Virtuemart 2.0.10 + rt_ionosphere 1.3 (rockettheme template) + Fashion Mart Template (Theme)

Want Collection-Only (not my choice)

Step 1: Have removed all Countries so option to add/change shipment method on cart/checkout disappears
Step 2: Have 1 Shipment Method (VM - Shipment, By weight, ZIP and countries) called Collection Only, have "Enable Automatic Selected Shipment?" checked in configuration settings so now No Shipment Method Configured message does not show up and Collection Only message (description) shows up in checkout/cart

So now the final step is to remove the Add/Edit Shipment Address & Ship To message - I have seen a number of posts on how to remove code but still get that Ship To message even if I manage to remove the button. What is the most elegant way and is there a possibility of adding a NO SHIPMENT option in later release to avoid these steps? It is not a DOWNLOAD product just collection only.

By collection do you mean "store pickup only" or do you mean "Cash on Delivery"?
