i can't see the path for navigate

when i see a product i cannot navigate to some other category from there
when i see this product http://www.mc-trading.ch/index.php/component/virtuemart/wein/weiss2012-08-23-22-29-17_/chardonnay-detail?Itemid=0
i can't see the path that i can choose to go to some other category

This is just your template issue >> to see the menu >. you will have to allocate the categories menu to the right hand side and then decide when it shows.
Extensions>>modules>>VM - Category>>position

and if i want to go to the category wein i click it and it goes, not to click eshop-->wein

Have you tried implementing the core Joomla! mod_breadcrumbs? This seems to be what you want to do.

Give that a go.
