PayPal - Change address error

Hey,

Firstly, the specs.

Joomla:          2.5.6
Virtuemart:     2.0.8c
Site:          www.wealthoftheword.org (Sandbox Testing)

I don't know how this is meant to work, but when the order is completed and diverted to PayPal you are met with the screen where you can change the address. If this is changed (At PayPal) it is not being sent back to VM in the order. The address remains the same used to fill in the order. Is there a setting in VM or PayPal account to change this? Or does the 'Let buyers override their PayPal addresses?' option in PayPal payment plugin in VM need to be changed from No?

Could someone please walk me through this situation?
