Tax rates all show up as a guest user. Need fix!

Thanks for the reply...i had checked the notify button but nothing...i don't want you to think I was ignoring you.

Anyway, I can't get rid of the tax rates until someone either logs in or checks out as a guest. I've read every forum post there is about this issue and nothing. I've enabled anonymous checkout and that's when the tax rate started showing up until someone logs in etc. Am I missing something? Thanks

Well, well, well, what can I say other than 2.0.20x fixed all my issues. Yes, tax rates showing up when not logged in/anonymous? Gone. Generate invoices not generating? Gone. All nicely working. Good job guys!
