VirtueMart 2.0 - Latest Products

Sorry dudes, but I really have the post title's problem: I use VM Product component to show featured and latest products on the home page.
Featured and Random products work fine.
Latest products, instead, are not listed. The module neither show up. :-(
Please help this VM 1.5 enthusiast and VM2.x wannabe :-)

Just wondering how VM sees the latest products ,

I remember someone asking about recent purchases and that would not show up either.

But the site was not live ( and no one had actually Purchased a product)  so no recent products could show.

The lastest products might need you to save your site - log out , log in put up one product and then turn on show latest produts.

Just try that - as my latest products change all the time.

Solved!

You know, my VM2 test has a lot of products imported from the production VM1 catalog.
None of those items are shown in the latest products module.
The "hide if empty" option was set to "no", but the module was hidden anyways. Bug?

Once I inserted a new item, the module appears and shows only the newly created item.
This is no big problem, as going to production I can first import all the items, then insert some new one, as we have new products almost daily.

The products show up for me, but they do not arrange into rows and columns, just a single column.

I see two rows - well set out and great page links- point me to the issue the exact link?
