Auto update Virtuemart 2.0.8 to shipped?

I am running Virtuemart 2.0.8 and Joomla 1.5.25. Is there a way to auto update when an item is shipped? Once the item has been paid through Paypal, the virtuemart auto updates the order status to confirmed, but once the item has been shipped through Paypal, the virtuemart does not auto update the order status to shipped.

Will you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi letsneck,

look the set up for paypal is to currently change pending to confirmed in paypal. And them manually after you personally pack and post the product then it is done in orders in the back end. You have to move the product to shipped and send.

* to get around this We just make sure that the invoice is sent at the moment of confirmed in Configuration settings.  ( I do realise if you have - downloadable products then they are shipped instantly.

Maybe you need someone to see if they can code this - or request this as a feature in the feature post section.
