WorldPay Support?

I read that VirtueMart 2.0.x supported WorldPay so I installed it to try with an established WorldPay account, but the only Payment Methods available are:
- Standard
- Payzen
- SystemPay
- Authorize.net
- PayPal

I can't find a separate download, am I missing something?

I tried pasting WorldPay form into Payment Info with no effect.

Similarly the only Shipping Method available is Ship by Weight,ZIP,Country. I can't see how to set up even a simple Flatrate.

I must be missing something fundamental but I can't find any guidance.

For simple flat rate shipping all you need to enter is the Shipment Cost on the shipping configuration - dont enter anything for the other entries on that page. Then you have flat rate shipping, but you may want to specify to which countries....  Shipping is very configurable.
