installed dutch languages, leads to strange things. no uninstall possible.

after the install of the dutch language, i'm having troubles with the pre-installed data. therefore need to remove: no-go!

if i un-install the dutch language files (both AIO and normal package). this is my error:       Failed loading XML file
        /home/users/galasftp/xxxxxxx/administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_Virtuemart_AIO_nl-NL.xml
        XML: failed to load external entity "/home/users/galasftp/xxxxxxx/administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_Virtuemart_AIO_nl-NL.xml"
        Package Uninstall: Missing manifest file

i disabled the files, but still the dutch language is visible.

As far as I know, pkg_Virtuemart_AIO_nl-NL.xml is not part of a standard VM2 installation. Can you check if is supplied with your Gavick template?
