standard shipping module for vm 2.0

Hello, Im trying to find the Standard Shipping Module for VM 2.0, the past version of VM used to have this default shipping module but I can no longer find it like example the standard_shipping.php file I could no longer find it in the VM 2.0 files download, anyone can guide me to find the Standard Shipping Module or download somewhere? Thanks.
