I think you are asking if you can have a special price for one group of "professionals"

and have a different price for the same product for other groups like the general public.

OK,

* firstly you will have to allow customer to register or you will have to know your clients personally and register themselves.

When a customer registers , you then will have to "put them in a special group".   You can call that group anything you like.

* Then you just add products as normal and any product you don't want the public to see then add that product to that special Group>

* you should have a store that has public, and professional, or just professional .

*just remember you site will look empty unless you explain that only registered users can view prices. etc
