Canada Post Shipping Rate Issues

I went and sent all the rates and sizes according to the Canada Post Website.

But when I put the same dimensions into The Rates Calculator found here

http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/personal/findARate?execution=e3s1

I get different rates on my site compared to that site.

My Site Shows 14.22 as the cheapest option and the CP site shows 10.10

Anyone know what could be causing this ?
