Categories and subcategories after 2.0.6 update

J. VM 2.5.4 and 2.0.6

I have a problem with the subcategories.
Almost all of my item s are part of a category and a subcategory.

First question - If I want to see my items in catalog of category and the subcatalog of subcategory I have to specify to a item  both the category and the subcategory?


An example of my db.

category A
--- Subcategory A1
------- Item 1
------- Item 2
------- Item 3
--- Subcategory A2
------- Item 5
------- Item 6
------- Item 7

category B
--- Subcategory B1
------- Item 8
------- Item 9
------- Item 10
--- Subcategory B2
------- Item 11
------- Item 12
------- Item 13

If I select the category A I see the following products
------- Item 1
------- Item 2
------- Item 3
------- Item 5
------- Item 6
------- Item 7

If I select the subcategory A1 I see the following products
------- Item 1
------- Item 2
------- Item 3

The breadcrumbs show me the way home> Items> category A > subcategory A1
It's logical for me.

After update 2.0.6 I have this problem.
For example if I click on "Item  2" from the subcategory A1 displays
properly the details of the "Item  2", but it's as if I had selected in the category A.
In fact I read in the breadcrumbs home> item s> category A > product 2 instead home> items> category A > subcategory A1 > product 2.
The worst is that if I browse with the links "previous item "and "next item", I navigate items of other subcategories of category A.
Seems ignore subcategories in the links.

Anybody has the same problem or only me?

Hi,
I have do some fix for breadcrumbs and product links.
I think this must be your problem.
I'm not sure if this is in last beta, but the fix come in next Stable release.

Surely it worked in the release 2.0.2.

For exemple in the release 2.0.2 the link was "......../category_A/subcategory_A1/Item 1" ,  after the update from 2.0.2 to 2.0.6 the link is always "....../category_A/Item 1".

Now VM considers only the first category.
