No translation in the CONFIRM email

Hello everything works fine except for the email that the store sends to the customer when I mark the order as "Sent". Although all other mail (for the pending order)  comes in Greek, this email is in English. Any ideas?

Also the confirmed, canceled, refunded mails come in English...

I've got the same problem - just with german language.
The first mails are in german, but whenever we update the order status in the backend, the outgoing mails are in english (with a few german words).
