Shopper Field List -> agree to TOS

Why is "agreed" a user field from Joomla core? This way it is not possible to deactivate it anywhere. And this way the option "Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout?" in the configuration has no influence.  In my opinion it should be a VM field which could be edited.

At the moment it is only possible to edit it in the db.

for me the TOS should be in the User Registration Area too ... http://virtuemart.cloudaccess.net/my-account

And we only got one check box without a link to Users could Read what they could "Check" or not!
Its a Fail in VM 2.0 (until this moment)...  because we got that in VM1.x  http://demo.virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.registration&vmcchk=1&Itemid=2
and we lost that link in VM2
