Product reviews/ratings bug?

In my test site the product reviews and ratings did not migrate during themigration but I figure I migh be able to add them back manaully later.  I do try make a test of this feature and gave one of the products a rating and also wrote a review and sbmitted it.  When I went back to the product detail page, the review and the rating are displayed at the bottom of the page.  However, in the area just aboove the add-to-cart button I see "Rating: Not Rated Yet".  This shopuld not occur unless there are two rating systems in use.  Can anyone comment?

I was mistaken.  This appears to have been fixed with the latest release 2.0.4 running on J2.5.4.  However, when using the stadard product details view there is no ratings bar on display to allow rating  of 0 to 5 stars.
