Ask question in a new window with an interface site

Hello! Is there a way to make the VM 2 the "Ask question" is not in the popup, but in a new window with an interface site (ie form of the question will be the content of the site, it's kind of been in VM 1).

Здравствуйте! Можно ли как-то в VM 2 сделать функцию "Задать вопрос" не в попапе, а в новом окне с интерфейсом сайта ( т.е. форма вопроса будет в контентной части сайта, это вроде было в VM 1).
Заранее спасибо!
