Include standard payment module. Method of delivery "courier delivery". If you click to order it goes blank page. How to fix it and where to edit??

You must go back to your -shipment method open 'courier delivery'

Now set a configuartion for that method -

Select the country or countries it might apply to.
Make your zip code large 0000000  to 9999999 etc

this will cover all area - at then a cost - test and if it works then come back and change your settings to things you might want.

Are talking about the shipment or the payment?
How did you configure your payment method?

For the shipment, when you do not have ZIP conditions, you do not need to enter zip codes.
It is the same for weigth, number of products, order amount

Alatack is correct - thanks,   - even in my own settings I have no zip conditions - ( for free postage option)
