Shoping cart menu link updated item total

Using
Virtuemart2.0
Joomla 2.5

Is there anyway to customize the shopping cart menu link. To show how many products are in your cart? For example if you have 3 items in your cart, the menu link would say:   Shopping Cart ( 3 items in cart )

Or, are there any modules out for virtuemart 2.0 that will display this?

Hi Don,

Just wondering  - as the small mini cart that should show up in the sides - left or right panels has the number of items showing?
It stays there until you go to the large cart - have you turned this off?

WoW I feel like an idiot now.. Totally didn't notice the module that came with the download. I'm using a template that doesn't show up unless you put it in a proper template place.
