Only Super User can save shoppergroup

In backend I just tried giving administrative rights to an "Administrator" level account, with such account I can enter Virtuemart where I checked I have "admin" rights however the system doesn't let me save the shopper group of any user. If I select a different shopper group and then save, nothing happens, the shopper group doesn't change, no error is triggered. Nothing changes.

Only accessing with the Super Administrator I am able to save shopper group as desired and the system correctly saves it.

It seems like you have several bug requests so maybe you're busy. I'll try to have a look about it by myself when I have some spare time and submit here the fix.
