Potential bug in Latest vm 2 release

Hi there,
I'm busy developing a site using virtuemart 2 and there's a bug with the shopping cart. If you add 2 products it's fine but if you try and add a third it empties the cart.

There was a conflict with the jquery which caused the add to cart bug in IE but this has been fixed with the settings in VM, but this problem remains. Any brilliant ideas?

Sorry just to clarify, it's a bug in all of the browsers I've tested with.
