Where is the registration button?

In the public part of my shop I can place orders and go to the cart. here I am asked to log in. How can I get a register button to show. I only see username / password fields but no register / sign up button.

Also the username field has "username" placed inside the filed. That is ok. But the password field has nothing placed inside to define this as the password field.

Any ideas please?

You could see the VM2x registration page here: http://virtuemart.cloudaccess.net/my-account   (we have a button to "Login" and a "Remember me" check box)

I agree with your second point... there is no "password" word inside that field...

The registration button you see is from the template but I would like to have it in the cart.
