How to add State / Province / Region of Malaysia manually

Hi,
Does anyone know how to add State list of Malaysia manually.
Because when I try to select the country Malaysia, the State / Province / Region dropdown list is nothing to select.
Maybe the state list of Malaysia are not included in Virtue  Mart as a default.
Somebody help me, pls.
