Payment information didnt show

Hi, i have the VM 2.0.0 RC3 and i have some problems. I dont know if i modify something but when i make an order i cant see in the checkout the aditional information of the payment. I want to add some payment offline, like pay in one bank, and i need the information of the bank shows in the checkout and in the e-mail to the buyer.

(sorry for my bad english, i speak spanish)

This is a problem whit the lang file?
