install_required_data.sql is corrupt, virtuemart_states w/o Umlauts/special char

VM2.0.2, VM2.0.3B, and VM2.0.3E packages:

Inside the installation file "install_required_data.sql" the special characters are gone;
e.g.

Code Select Expand

line 589 (134, 1, 30, 0, 'S', 'SAP', 'SP', 0, 0, 1, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0),
should be:

Code Select Expand

line 589 (134, 1, 30, 0, 'São Paulo', 'SAP', 'SP', 0, 0, 1, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0, '0000-00-00 00:00:00', 0),

Does anybody have a corrected "install_required_data.sql"
I need this ASAP.
