VM2 Joomla 2.5 authorize.net and shipping problems

I am very new to Joomla and VM2 - Please Help

1. I am not able to complete a test order.

I have authorize.net account, I have SSL -
I am very new to VM and Joomla - PLEASE HELP

I can't complete a test transaction

Under payment method Tab
Authorize.net
(not sure what to put in the description)
Payment method - VM-payment - Authorize.net

Under payment config Tab
Login ID is set to - Auhorize.Net Parameters
Transaction key - i put in my info
Secure Post - I set to yes

3. How do I make the "continue shipping or view cart" pop up that appears after clicking add to cart bigger?

4. How do I make the product pics on my home page bigger? Also, my product pics are out of alignment... 2 are higher than the others...how do I fix this?

5. Is it possible to show the prices under my product pics on the home page?

6. Is it possible to set up shipping by a percent of the final shopping cart cost? Currently im using a godaddy shopping cart and it just lets me assign a percentage to the order which is a lot easier for me. We ship using USPS
