Paypal checkout - Thank you for your Order! Doesnot Clear Cart

Hi, thanks alatak. I thought that may end up being the conclusion.

I think the problem is that the browser redirects and doesn't wait for the shopper to click the 'yes' to continue. I was making a purchase on the next website (a major high street retailer in the UK) and to my surprise I also got the browser security warning message. This gives me some hope for my site as if this is normal for eCommerce websites then maybe my customers won't be put off either.

The point to note though is that the next wesbite waited for me to click 'yes' to continue before displaying the confirmation page. Is there anyway to make VM wait for the shopper's decision before displaying the 'thanks for your order page'. I'm nervous of upgrated to 2.0.1k right now. I will of course try a local version.
