wrong url for showing cart

fresh installation of vm 2.0.1 K, Joomla 1.7

after putting something in the cart, I can't reach the cart. The URL which is called for showing the cart is:
....component/virtuemart/?Itemid=110
There's obviously cart.html missing, so the URL should read:
....component/virtuemart/cart.html?Itemid=110

I too am having this issue as well if i add the menu item i get the correct url but any other attempt to go to the cart from the cart module doesn't work.

** update **
I turned off Search Engine Friendly URLs and that fixed the issue. the problem is with the joomla core sef enabled. to the bug fixers that is where the problem is hidden. once i changed the Search Engine Friendly URLs option in global configuration to "No" it worked

I found out that is has to do with SEO. If you turn that off (in VM backend) the links to the cart work.

Hi barg,
First to know and i said is long to do, if you use multilangual you must set correctly all menus far each language.
It's same for joomla standard links.
If you add a cart link in english then add same in other language.

the installation is not a multilingual shop
