Hi I want to change the words in the website that I have shown as before
I want to change the words manufactors and catagories into dutch words like they are shown on the frontend of the website
is this possible

I suppose you mean the "Module Titles", i.e. the 'VirtueMart Manufacturers" module. These titles are set in the Joomla - Extensions - Modules - VM ... configuration.
