can't select payment says sorry...

hello when i select payment it gives me a message which i have  included below in snap shot.

This happens when you have not filled in an address first.

Or your payments have not been configured correctly - maybe you have the wrong county , min or max amounts - etc currency.

i don't see where i messedd up everything is correct.

OK show us your site ,

see if I can put something in the basket?

Make another postage and shipping for free and open it right up so that zip code is empty .

Then fill in an address - that way  you will know it is not an address issue. Then change only one postage or shipping and try again , eventually you will see that one or all three are the issue.

i actually corrected it but now i can't get the shipping cost to stay. every time i fill out the information in the backend it goes back to being blank
