vmError: TableUserinfos ... when running migration script 1.1.9 > 2.0.2 on J1.5

I got some errors when running the migration tool after migrating from 1.1.9 to 2.0.2 on Joomla 1.5.

vmError: TableUserinfos COM_VIRTUEMART_ADDRESS_TYPE in record is missing ! Can't save the record with no COM_VIRTUEMART_ADDRESS_TYPE.

shopper_group_name was not unique in table #__virtuemart_shoppergroups, added random number: -default-30376
order_number was not unique in table #__virtuemart_orders, added random number: 3574_9515714dcd0d332a7a3004f57cd26049

What do I need to do to fix this?

Use 2.0.3b and the error wont arise. the second is not a real error, it just needed to change the number, because they would be doubled.

Where can I download 2.0.3b? Is that a beta version? Would that be ok to use on a live site?
