PayPal IPN Auto Return and Identity Token

I came to VM 1.1 from Zen-Cart and see some very different setup issues between the two programs.

On my PayPal Profile on PayPal's website.

I Found "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" and entered the path to notify.php and Checked the "Activation" Checkbox

I see in VM's Paypal payment type the code that I am guessing transmits the return URL and alot of other stuff to PayPal.  Does this take care of the return path?

I am looking at  "Website Payment Preferences"
Auto Return for Website Payments: On/Off ?
Return URL: (should there be anything here?)

Payment Data Transfer (optional)
Payment Data Transfer: On/Off ?

Identity Token:
where in VM do I put this code?

In VM Extra Payment Info I see:
"test_ipn" => PAYPAL_DEBUG,
"pal" => "LETTERSANDNUMBERS",

Where did this code come from, is it a test code?

What else do I need to set up on PayPal's website to make this work correctly?
