Shell I Get the Latest VM2 Version???

Hi there,
Where can i find a link to download the latest version of vm2?
Also anyonw know when is the due date for producion?
Does VM2 works with Joomla 1.7.2?
Im on a verge of starting a new project and not sure if to do it with VM2?
Will appriciate any comments about that.
