Login/Registration Not Working

I am using Joomla 1.7 and virtuemart 2.0 RC2H on localhost. But the Joomla Login Module will not work, nothing happens when you click on it. It will work if I disable Virtuemart jQuery, but then when I add to cart it returns directly to the home page and I can not get to the cart to check out.

It works fine on the pages that don't have virtuemart on them.

I don't know enough to sort this out myself so any help would be appreciated.
