Cusomised shipping module

Hi Guys

I need a customised sipping module that takes multiple Zip codes into cansideration - also weight length width depth - so in other words a rate will be worked out by where the person lives and the dimentions and weight of the product - I want to be able to exclude curtain zip codes for example zip codes 2001, 2223, 445, 3334 - the excluded zip codes will recive a flat rate regardless of the dimentions - anything else will be worked out by the above formular - Anyone interested email me shaun@fishingcorner.co.za or contact me on skype shaun.reid - live in south africa

Hey Sean,
Have you found a solution to this? We are in the same situation (Also based in SA and need to remove a whole bunch of postal codes our couriers do not go to)
