Authorize.net Issue in VM 1.1.8

I followed the instructions on how to set up Authorize.net but when I try to complete my order I receive the following error


Error: 3-1-87-P---Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system.
Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_authorize)

Any Ideas?  Thanks in advanced.

Still having this issue.  I'm also having an issue with Linkpoint.  I went through the steps to set it up but no love.

Guys...I know what this is.
You have to use your API Login ID.  That wierd Wonky number. 
NOT your Login to Authorize.net control Panel
