Error installing VM 2.08c aio

Joomla! 2.5.6 Stable
DB: 5.0.91-log
PHP 5.3.8
Apache/2.2.21 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.8r

I've installed VM-2.08c-AIO and got the following errors:
