Custom text field to add text options

Hi!

I need to do this:
I need to have a custom field that should get data from a table, with custom texts for the buyer to choose from and to create his custom text.

Example:
I have a business card, with some texts predefined. And i need the customer to navigate trough those texts and choose the one he wants, and then change for example the name that's in the card. And finaly make the order.

How much does this could cost?
