Paypal Pro Orders say "pending" even though monies have cleared

Hello,

I have seen this post around but no clear answer.

I have checked with Paypal and the notification is being sent to the notify.php page. I also contacted inmotion hosting and they said there was nothing on their end. In VM 1.1.5 I have it set to confirmed for confirmed orders, pending for pending orders and canceled for failed orders. The orders are going through just fine, just not updates the status. What else could it be?
