Upgraded from 1.1.3 to 1.1.5 now Paypal IPN Issues

Started getting the IPN email from Paypal:

"Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://sportsmoke.com/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/pronotify.php

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account."


Seems since the upgrade the com_virtuemart folder is password protected... I checked all folder permissions and they are set at 755.. why am i being password prompted?

arrg now just noticed this error when i hit checkout

Anyone from virtuemart out there? Need some help, my ecommerce is down till i can fix this!
