How to have 2 payment options?

I would like to know how to have 2 payment options such as monthly payment and one time only payment.

If this is anything to do with Paypal, I already have an account.

is there any way to do this?

I have same problem.
I'd like to define 2 payments such as cash after deliver and anticipated wire transfer, but if i do it, during order processing when i click next the system bring me in the home page without any possibilities to choose anything.
The same happens with 2 different shipments options.
any idea on to fix it?
