Hi,

I m stuck having an issue with completing paypal transaction using sandbox paypal platform. I get the following error. HAs anyone already experienced such issue ? country code is franch (FR). I have checked my paypal account and they are all set to default language french ... what else could be checked ?

Error - Paypal did not complete the transaction - FAILURE - SHORTMESSAGE =Merchant country unsupported. - ERRORCODE =10565 - LONGMESSAGE =The merchant country is not supported. -

I never got the PP sandbox to work, I gave up, you can use the real site just don't pay.

I have got a reply from paypal technical support and they are saying that Franc is not a country supported to work with paypal pro, only paypal standard or express...
paypal guy citation:
"The Sandbox environment works in the same way as the live one; you can create a Pro account, but only from one of those three countries US, canada, and UK.
That doesn't mean that you can't use PayPal; you can still use PayPal Standard or Express Checkout. Again, my apologies for any inconveniences. Hopefully, Pro will be extended in the future to other countries. "

Is there an other alternative ?
