PayPal Pro Recurring Payments? Anyone have a copy??

The PayPal Pro Recurring Payments Plugin & Module used to be GPL but the site that hosted it seems to be down (http://www.webresolve.net/joomla/index.php). I was wondering if anyone had a copy kicking around that they could post here or send to me? Thanks a ton, I hope someone has this around!

I think it may be, but I couldn't get it to work... I'm getting error messages spit out at me in the module on the admin side of VM:

Then there's the form without any CSS formatting and then theres:
