Manual Purchasing as Administrator

Hello,

i run a PC Shop and I dont let cliens purchase online. I only have virtue mart as a invoice and customer contact list..


what I need is to do the "sale or Purchase" in the virtumart administrator side and complete the invoice with amount paid and so on..The Payment log stays empty ALL THE TIME... Since no transactions was made via the check out process.


What I been doing since Im new and im not sure how to do this via virtuemart admin, I use the website to click on the service they need then i go threw the check out process. then i go the virtuemart admin and add extra items I did as well as to notify client with notes and so on..


2nd question...and still waiting answers.
