International Shipping

Hi,
I am Keyur Gajjar i have designed site and in that Free Shipping is working till checkout and its work only for US but now i want to do Free Shipping for International Address and Free Shipping over $300 Purchase can anyone guide how can i setup this in Virtuemart UPS Module . by default we  have not mention product dimension it would work or not ?
