[ADD ON] Shipping estimate arrival

I expaned the shipping module. It can now calculate the estimated delivery date.

Where does the date depend on:
- deliver saterday
- deliver sunday
- number of days for shipping
- new config parmater enable/disable
- last shipment time before next day

To do:
- the calculation will only be right for one weekend. I need to change tht
- the calculation is server based.
