Payment methode Paypal at -4% wrong valve

When you set the payment discount at -4 and select % your discount is going up to 4% from the order total.
VM gives a indication in the payment selection like (order 90Euro): PayPal (+ € 3,03)
But i use incl. VAT prices in my shop and this 3.03 is a excl. VAT price.
When you use incl. prices (VAT@19%) this valve must be € 3.60 ?
Is this a bug? otherwise we must send it to the bug squat

I have exactly the same problem. I saw a lot of posts about this issue but nowhere a solution. Can the VM team respond on this matter. If it can't be fixed please also tell us so that we can look at other options!

Hi Groentjie,

Fine that i am not the only one on this one.
It's hard to find this bug because it's deep in the system 
I think it's a bug and we must report it.

Until the fix I renamed the payment to:
Discription name: PayPal (excl.vat)
You can also set a fixed price like -2.50 (break evenpoint 75 euro)
But i don't know what you sell. When your order is like 800,- then you better use the % option
