UPS module does not add costs or calculate days or ETA.

I have the default module set up and have tried many of the settings.
Oddly, the shipping amount is always $0.00.
If I check the "Show delivery days quote" I get this:
UPS Ground ($0.00)  -  USD34.97 Guaranteed Day(s) To Delivery
Which seems pretty odd.
Additionally, the cost of $0.00 is what is added if you click the NEXT button to go to the Payment Method.

Currently I am only using UPS Ground.
Thinking about upgrading to Reggie's UPS V2 but thought I should get this to work first.

Not really sure where to even begin on this. Is this a problem with the data entered into the cart?

FYI: My module has been reported to not show delivery days/ETA either.  Not sure if it's module specific, or a change in the UPS replies.  I have not looked into it...

Hi Reggie, thanks for the reply. Do you think shifting to your UPS version 2 will at least get me prices on shipping?

It's worth a shot, yes? I revamped much of the module, so the price calculations/display is a bit different than the 1.0 module. 

If needed, my services are available for hire to look deeper into the issue.
